"Super easy to get to"
This location has been great for us. It’s close to home, parking has been easy, and getting my kid there after school is no big deal. it makes the whole routine feel a lot less stressful.

My kid had fun with it at first, but the excitement wore off really quickly. I expected it to hold their attention longer, especially for what we paid. I think the company should be more upfront about how limited the play value might be

"Felt like a really welcoming place for kids"
My daughter felt included right away, which was so nice to see. I also noticed other kids seemed comfortable too, so it made me feel like we weren’t the only ones having a good experience.

"Having the same coach makes a big difference"
We’ve been going for a few months now, and it’s been really nice having the same coach there most weeks, actually, almost every week. My son does so much better when he knows who to expect, and it just makes the whole class feel more relaxed. Nothing too flashy, just consistent, fun, and easy to look forward to

"I don’t feel like this was worth what..."
I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. It mostly just covers basic stuff, and I kept waiting for clearer guidance on what I was supposed to do next. The next steps weren’t really laid out well, so I ended up feeling a bit frustrated and like I didn’t get much value for the money...

I’m not really convinced their safety checks are doing much. There are way too many steps to get through, and even after all that, it still doesn’t feel like the system is actually catching what it should. It’s just frustrating.

"Exactly the kind of lessons I was hoping for"
I was hoping the lessons would be a good fit for my son’s age, and they really were. The coach kept things challenging enough for him to learn, but not so hard that he got frustrated or bored. He had a lot of fun and came away with actual skills, which is exactly what I wanted. Really happy with the experience.

The classes were just way too packed for my liking. Compared to other programs we’ve tried, there seemed to be too many kids for each coach to really give much individual attention

My son used to get nervous joining in with other kids, especially during soccer. We tried soccerstars.com and, umm, I was surprised by how much it helped. He’s way more confident now and even asks if we can practice together. The site is simple to use, but it really made a difference for him

"Helpful support when my order got stuck"
My jersey order hadn’t updated for a while, and I wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it or if something was actually wrong, so I ended up messaging soccerstars.com support. They replied the next day and explained what was going on, which made me feel a bit better.

It still took longer than I was hoping, but the support person was friendly and kept things clear. I’d probably order from them again, though I do wish the replies came a little faster

"Pretty well-organized classes overall"
Overall, I’d say the classes are organized and the schedule has been reliable, which I really appreciate. They usually start on time, so I’m not left waiting around or wondering what’s going on. The only thing I think could be better is the email communication. Sometimes the emails feel a little unclear or could use more details, so I have to reread them or ask follow-up questions. But in general, my experience has been positive.

"Canceling was easy"
I signed my kid up for a class, but our plans changed at the last minute, so I had to look into canceling it.

The policy was easy to find and actually clear, which I appreciated. I canceled within the allowed time and there was no hassle, no extra fee, and no back-and-forth.

The refund or credit was handled faster than I thought it would be. Simple and fair experience overall, and I’d be happy to book with them again...

My kid still has fun in the classes, which I appreciate, but it feels like they used to get more out of them. Lately I haven’t noticed much improvement in their skills, so it’s been a little disappointing.

The staff were professional and easy to talk to, and they answered my questions without making it feel like a hassle. Booking was smooth, and on the day everything seemed organized, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to waste time or end up regretting the choice. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that one reply took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience...

We’ve had a really good experience with Soccer Stars so far. The coaches have been great with my kid, super patient, upbeat, and they keep things fun without letting the kids just run wild. From the way they talk to the group, you can kind of tell they’re used to working with little kids and know when to encourage versus when to gently correct. I also appreciated that they give helpful tips without making anyone feel embarrassed. My kid leaves happy every time, so that pretty much says it all.

"Makeup policy is actually helpful"
The makeup class policy has been really fair and easy to work with. Things come up with kids all the time, because of course they do — so it’s nice not feeling like we’re just out of luck if we miss a class

I really like how the program is structured. Each class builds on what they learned before, so you can actually see the progress happening. My kid knows what to expect each time and still gets excited to go, which says a lot...
